Richard has over 2 decades of experience driving innovation in enterprise and education:

• as an intrapreneur building new businesses in large companies (Oracle, SAP, and Google).

• As a strategic advisor for high growth start-ups.

• As the founder of BreakBeatCode, a nonprofit that teaches students how to create music with code and develop technical courage.

• As the founder of Artist Engineers LLC, a for profit education company helping students, teachers, professionals and entrepreneurs use AI to redesign their work, classrooms and lives.

After 15  years leading business development at Google, Richard Achée was unexpectedly laid off in early 2025. Instead of returning to the corporate loop, he spent a single week harnessing generative‑AI tools to write a business plan, form an LLC, build a website, and sell his first products. That sprint crystallized his conviction that anyone—with the right blend of artistic imagination, engineering rigor, and technical courage—can turn ideas into impact at unprecedented speed.

Richard now channels his expertise, a lifelong love of music, and a teacher’s mindset to help everyone become Artist Engineers.
